Gottfried Roelcke - Climbing Gunung Talamau & Laut Tinggal

While working for ADP in Padang, our friend Gottfried Roelcke took the chance to venture into serious "outdoor activities": In the years 1986, 1987 and 1990 Gottfried climbed the towering Gunung Talamau in Pasaman.

In 1987, Gottfried also tried to cut his way through the jungle surrounding the famous Laut Tinggal ... well, just read his account of his quest for the "Holy Grail" of Putih Padang Adventurers.

In 1991, another orang putih party - including Wolfram Hiemann - succeeded  in climbing Gunung Talamau. Please find this video here
