Heinz-Josef Heile: West Pasaman 2016 – still lagging behind?
Heinz-Josef Heile is a long serving GIZ staff member. He joined ADP in 1982. In the beginning his work was closely related to the establishment of Air Runding Cattle Station, a multiplication unit for draught animals. He later was responsible as Coordinator of all APD activities in the agricultural sector.
His photographic talent was always highly valued, as he can present changes in West Pasaman best with his photo collection.
His recent visit to West Pasaman, accompanied by Wolfram Hiemann und Masri Vani, enabled him to present to us today the multiple changes having occurred in West Pasaman over the last 35 years.
